To run the test, open a command prompt, go to the Test directory, type:

../disorder.x  test.txt

Disorientation Computation

If you use the default disorientation computation that comes with DISORDER version 1.0 to 4.0, 
you need to pre-compute desired disorientation integrals using arcs.exe (under Arcs directory), 
and put the result files in the Arcs directory. The one-time pre-computation can take hours, 
so be patient and don't panic. 

If you use angular convolution coming with newer versions, you can ignore the arcs stuff.

To view a diffraction pattern, you will need FIT2D or WCEN.

FIT2D can be downloaded from: http://www.esrf.eu/computing/scientific/FIT2D/

WCEN can be downloaded from:  http://fibernet.vanderbilt.edu/software/wcen/

FIT2D is easier to set up on Microsoft Windows.

You will need to add the following line in your simulation script to specify
the path of either WCEN or FIT2D (relative to your script location), e.g.:

PATTERN_DISPLAY_PROGRAM  ../wcen.x
